Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 July 2026

Corexus Resolve (“Corexus”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data through this website and our professional services, in line with the GDPR and French data protection law.

1. Who We Are

Corexus Resolve, S.A.S.U., SIREN 104425152, registered office at 103 Avenue Albert 1er, 92500 Rueil-Malmaison, France, is the data controller. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at contact@corexus-resolve.com.

2. Data We Collect

  • Contact and enquiry data you provide: name, email, phone, company, role, and any matter details you share with us.
  • Technical data from your use of the website: IP address, browser/device information, pages visited, and cookies.
  • Security verification data processed through Cloudflare Turnstile: IP address, TLS fingerprint, user-agent header, sitekey and associated website origin, and other browser or device signals used to distinguish human users from bots.

3. How We Use It, and Our Legal Basis

  • Respond to enquiries and provide our services — to take steps towards, or perform, a contract.
  • Conflict and security checks, website operation and improvement — legitimate interest.
  • Legal, regulatory and accounting compliance — legal obligation.
  • Any optional communications or marketing — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where necessary — with professional advisers, IT/hosting providers, website-security providers including Cloudflare as the provider of Turnstile, regulators, courts or public authorities — and always under confidentiality obligations.

5. International Transfers

Where a service provider is located outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is protected by an EU adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses. A copy of the relevant safeguard is available on request.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry data for up to 3 years from your last contact with us if no engagement follows; client and matter files for the duration of our relationship plus the applicable legal limitation period; and accounting records for 10 years, as required by French law.

Website access and security logs are retained according to our hosting provider’s configured log-rotation and security schedules, and only for as long as necessary for website operation, troubleshooting, abuse prevention or compliance with legal obligations. Corexus does not independently retain Turnstile verification tokens or security signals; Cloudflare retains this information in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable contractual obligations.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you can access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time — contact us at contact@corexus-resolve.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

8. Cookies

We do not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. The website may set a small number of strictly necessary technical cookies or use similar technologies for security or basic site functionality through our hosting and website-security providers. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish human users from bots. Turnstile processes security signals including IP address, TLS fingerprint, user-agent header, sitekey and associated website origin. For more information, see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will add a consent banner and update this section accordingly.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

10. Other Websites

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party websites linked from ours.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force is always available on this page.
